I chair the OC of a 6 unit townhouse complex in Toorak. After many years of poor service from a large corporate manager, we switched to BDeL in 2018 and can recommend them highly. The outstanding attribute of BDeL is the personalised service we receive from this family-run business. The principals, Andrew and Cindy Bonwick, are efficient, reliable, knowledgeable, and above all, responsive to our needs which have not always been straight-forward. For work that needs to be done, they are equally happy to recommend tradespeople and professionals or to work with those of our choosing. Their management fees are modest and transparent with no hidden surprises. Overall, a 5 star operation! 

BDeL took over our property in 2019 after a number of poor experiences with our Manager at the time. BDeL have been fantastic since they have taken over. They respond quickly and have provided our owners corporation with excellent advise on matters such as Insurance and the regular property maintenance we need. The suppliers they have introduced at the property have been terrific, especially the caretaker who has made a huge difference with the appearance of our property If you are after a Manager who is polite and proactive then BDeL are for you.
